Senior Member Dr. Joseph Williams Posted January 27, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted January 27, 2015 61 year old male 1 year post-op having received a total of 2,219 grafts utilizing custom cut blades: 300 single hair grafts were placed into 0.8mm (45 degree blade) incisions in the hairline, 700 grafts were placed into 1.2mm (45 degree blade) incisions in the front, 519 grafts were placed into 1.2mm (45 degree blade) incisions in the top, and 700 grafts were placed into 1.2mm (45 degree blade) in the crown. Patient received PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) intra-operatively in areas to receive grafts and A-Cell soak to grafts before placing.
