Rx consisted of finasteride 1.25 mg daily, minoxidil foam 5% 1-2x daily, ketoconazole 1% shampoo and pyrithione zinc 1% shampoo. Results shown at 1 year. 5 year FU showed at least if not more thickness than the 1 year follow up.
