Senior Member london81 Posted January 4, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted January 4, 2015 Hey guys, I'm currently 4.5 months post op and noticing a lot of stubble like hair coming through in the hairline and temples where I had the transplant. Is this a sign of new growth from the hair transplant or is it old hairs re growing that were shocked? Thanks.
Senior Member Squatch Posted January 4, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted January 4, 2015 Good question. I'm curious also. I see some thick hair emerging and fine hair emerging. I had native hair in the area. I don't know whats what. Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted January 5, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted January 5, 2015 If you experienced some shock loss then the stubble you're seeing now could very well be both old and new hair growth. You should begin to see steady changes at this stage but it will take a few more weeks until the hair growth is substantial. Best of luck!
