In fact you should build more muscle because you have more testosterone since less of it is being converted to DHT (the main hormone for your muscles is test). However, DHT does play a role in supporting your Central Nervous System so it's possible you may feel weaker and recovery takes longer. If you workout for yourself then I don't see it as much of an issue but DHT does have a lot of benefits to your body .... I guess the only negative is the hair loss!
