54 Year Old Male with Class VI Hair Loss, Hair Transplant Revision by Dr. Parsa Moheb

We are presenting a 54 Year old man with Class VI hair loss who had a Hair Transplant Revision by Dr. Parsa Mohebi. We focused on the frontal and crown area of the scalp and covered it with 3042 follicular unit grafts.


FUT Hair Transplant was done with 3042 follicular unit grafts - 9 month follow up

Hair color: Salt and Pepper

Skin tone: Medium

Donor density: 2.2

Scalp laxity: 2.5-3


Here is how the grafts were distributed:

Hairline: 250

Front: 1292

Top: 0

Crown: 1500

Temple: 0


Ones: 746

Twos: 1744

Threes: 464

Fours: 88

As expected, very perfect result and yield for one HT session with FUT.


The positioning was standardized in the pictures but unfortunately there is no standardization for the brightness/contrast/ saturation levels in the pictures.


And the most important issue; just show the brow to indicate the forehead width, that would be enough, no need to show the whole face. Patients' privacy should be protected even if they have approved these pictures.
