Pt. was seeking a more dynamic image, much like he had in his late 30's. The patient had an excellent plan for his future hairstyle and had his hairline created in agreement with the approximate number of grafts. Photos shown are pre-op.,1 year post-op. and a 2- layer trichophytic closure. 2,125 grafts were used in an anterior feathered array with the appropriate density progression posterior to the hairline.
