Senior Member ArochaInfo Posted November 19, 2014 Author Senior Member Share Posted November 19, 2014 Hi InNeedSomeHair, It depends the patient’s condition. If the patient has traction alopecia than nothing is going to help to bring the hair back, except for a hair transplant. If the patient has female pattern baldness, then they can use a topical product such as Rogaine, however Rogaine is not the only treatment that should be used to help to promote hair growth. -CeCe Employed by Dr. Bernard Arocha.
