Administrators Hans - Webmaster Posted September 18, 2014 Administrators Share Posted September 18, 2014 All new members do have limited features available to them as we have had way too many problems with spammers sending PM's to 100's of users, shortly after registering. All new users are manually checked and then their "status" is changed to one that does allow PM's to be sent. Hope this helps.
