What are Fitting Exercises into a busy day?

i have a question about fitting exercise "How do i fit exercise into while having a busy home based business and any other important work.

The old sayings are always true include "Something is better than nothing" That's why i am suggesting you to have body stretches, light walk after meals. you will never think of workout more as you have tight schedule.

I agree with ClinicByChoice41, stretches, walks, and you can do a 5-15 minute exercise without leaving your house. Crunches, jumping jacks, etc.
