Senior Member ALEXD Posted January 20, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted January 20, 2014 Hello Everybody, The goal at this patient case was to frame the face with a defined hairline and fill up the temples. HDC medical team headed by Dr Maras, maximized the capacity if his results by cherry picking and extracting large follicular units. The breakdown is as follows: Single hair: 776 that were needed for creating a natural hairline Double hair: 436 Treble hair: 458 Four haired: 419 Below you can see photos from before, immediately after, one month and four month post op and the progress at 9 months post op as well. The patient has posted all his experience from before the procedure and up to date in a Spanish speaking forum. Warmest Regards Alex BEFORE IMMEDIATELY AFTER ONE MONTH POST OP SIX MONTH POST OP NINE MONTH POST OP Alex Demetriades International Patient Coordinator HDC Hair Transplant Clinic --------------------------------------------------- Dr. Maras is recommended on the Hair Transplant Network

Senior Member TommyLucchese Posted January 20, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted January 20, 2014 Very nice! 2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now. Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018. Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week.
