does Ht#2 sprout slower than Ht#1 does

This question is for those who have had more than 1 surgery in the same recipient area. I was reading somewhere that initial growth from a 2nd HT surgery usually takes longer to begin to sprout than a typical 1st procedure....Just wanted to ask what you all know about this or if this is something I should expect having just completed my 2nd HT last week.Or is this just case to case basis?

 

Has this happened to anyone here?Please share your experience.

I think it depends on your doctor and the region transplanted.

In my case the work by Dr. Konior produced noticeable results at 2 months and 3 weeks in my frontal zone.

Thanks for the reply.I am sure mine should be fine, I feel confident in my doc.but sometimes I have to remember not to believe everything I read on the web.

 

2 months and 3 weeks would be wonderful.I've also heard of some of Dr.A's patients having early growth.So here's to hoping and jumping on the wait train
