I wanted greater density behind the hairline as there was a transparent effect under bright lighting and it needed a density boost! Being honest, Dr Maras agreed he should of used the 300 grafts from the first transplant in the hairline/front rather than the crown area. I persuaded him to use some in the crown area the first time so my fault ! However, I also wanted the crown treated with greater density this time round too as in the end I had 1,016 grafts split as follows: Single 205 Double 461 Triple 336 Quads 14 Total 1016 The FUE surgery was performed over one day. All the triple and quad grafts were planted at the front (350 grafts so 1,066 hairs) and the remaining grafts into the crown (1,122). I'm hoping for some good results here and with my hair retention regimen hold off any further HT work for a few years unless really needed. My regimen is: RegenePure DR Shampoo - twice a week Regaine Extra Strength Foam - twice a day Regaine Extra Strength Liquid - applied at night with foam Wellman Man Trichology Tablets Green Tea Extract Tablets Just ordered some S5 Topical Cream for night time application So, here are the photos pre-op : and immediately post-op...... And regarding the timeline.......am I right in saying your second op was 2 months after your first? I do have a round end and no odd bits here or there so I think it looks alright. Buzzed heads look much better when there is actually a hairline there!
