Hello,I am a new member in this forum.Had my HT procedure in 2012 August. My surgeon was Dr. Damkerg Pathomvanich. He was reluctant to my operation as I was a very high norwood grade(A norwood 6/7 according to him). But I reassured him that my expectations were realistic and I was willing to take the risk and thankfully I did.My experience with him was more than satisfactory.Anyway won't blabber much and post my pictures here.

Grafts-3261(FUT)+713(FUE)

P.S.The pictures are of not good quality but this is what I could find and I hope you will still get an idea of what you are looking at.

I know the hairline looks unnatural but trust me it doesn't look all that bad when u grow hair.Anyway the design was suggested by me so any blame will gladly be accepted by me......:-)..not on my surgeon please.

On the crown no hair was grafted so it looks empty.I'm planning to go for a second procedure to Dr. Bhatti in India for the crown coverage and to re create the hairline to a more natural looking one.If you guys have any query feel free to ask.I'll be glad to help as much as I can. Thanks for going through the thread...:-)

First pic is of a recent uncombed hair and second one is combed.

Looking great so far. I was going to say that maybe your next HT would be BHT. Dr Bhatti seems to be a good choice and by looking at your last pics you have good beard so hopefully this will help cover your crown.

If you have enough body hair would you lower your temples?

It looks good to me, considering where you came from especially. Congratulations.

I'm glad it's all working out well for you, you look much better! I know what you mean about the hairlines looking so much better when grown out

2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now.

Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018.

Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week.

Wrote a book for newbies called Beating Hair Loss, available on Amazon

Thank you for the positive feedbacks.

@jayukdht you are correct about my next procedure being mostly a BHT.I showed my picture to Dr.Bhatti and he said he will be able to take around 2000 grafts from the back of my head which I highly doubt but stlll I am very hopeful to be honest.Even my first surgeon when he saw me he told me not to go ahead with the surgery. And even if I proceed he said he could only take around 2000 from my scalp which wouldn't be enough to give me any cosmetic difference. But to both of our astonishment he was able to take around 4000 grafts at that time!So I guess I'm also hopeful about the next procedure too.And yes if I'm able to get enough grafts, temple lowering is my priority after the crown coverage.Hoping for the best. Thanks again everyone..:-)
