I'm actually not a big fan of this hairline. Her previous one, while higher, looked much more soft and feminine. Perhaps it's the way she has it styled. Or it might be the color too. Those dark roots up front just look too harsh, IMO.

i always wondered how such a large area on a woman can be covered with so few grafts

 

while on a male it seems to lower the hairline that much and have such coverage, it would require double if not many more grafts

Strangely enough, I find myself thinking the same thing... Great yield though.
