I have been doing this for the past 1 year but stopped after the surgery. How soon can i resume? Senior Member losingmyhair123 Posted December 6, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted December 6, 2013 I was told to not do anything strenuous for a month but that doesn't seem to bad to jump rope and elliptical. but then again why risk messing up the scar. I'd wait a couple more weeks. in my opinion.
Senior Member Nick153452 Posted December 6, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted December 6, 2013 I would just wait for safety. Another couple of weeks won't hurt your training too much. Worst case, go for non-intense jogs or walks.
