Something to be said for doing your research & picking the right doc given donor supply isn't limitless, best to go with the most skilled first time to get it spot on. Pics are 24 hours after surgery. The gap between hair from previous procedure and new grafts is shaven transplanted hair and will have grown back in a week or 2. Doctor Lorenzo placed some grafts in temples to create a younger style hairline with grafts left over following good density and coverage of the crown.
