Patient in late 40s. Never used any medications.

Patient's donor would have allowed for a larger Strip to be harvested but he asked for a smaller session and to come back for more surgery at a later date to address mid scalp and crown.

Graft breakdown was:-

1 hair - 537

2 hair - 1169

3 hair - 866

4 hair - 292

I like it. The frontal hairline looks pretty natural with the design and his hair texture. I think it looks age appropriate. If I was him I may not even address the crown. I think he looks age appropriate and has significantly improved his looks. But not taking meds is NOT something I would recommend unless he is one of the rare side effect victims.

Good work doctor.

Impressive growth for the grafts. I think that I would skip the crown too as the mid section appears much weaker than his hairline. He has a nice advantage of having course salt and pepper hair, but it can also make it harder to look soft.
