Senior Member Jotronic Posted November 9, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted November 9, 2013 This local patient came to see Dr. Hasson to inquire about thickening the entire top of the scalp and the small spot that had formed in his crown. Dr. Hasson and his team transplanted 4285 grafts in one session for the result you see below. Senior Member hsrp10 Posted November 9, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted November 9, 2013 Very awesome results. Takes bravery to have those many grafts with still having a real hairline, considering possible shockloss etc. The patient must be a changed man now. go dense or go home Unbiased advice and opinions based on 25 plus years of researching and actual experience with hair loss, hair restoration via both FUT & FUE, SMP, scalp issues including scalp eczema & seborrheic dermatitis and many others HSRP10's favorite FUT surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr Hasson, Dr. Rahal HSRP10's favorite FUE surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr. Bisanga, Dr. Erdogan, Dr. Couto (*indicates actual experience with doctor)
Senior Member irishsailor Posted November 9, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted November 9, 2013 Beautiful work dr Wong  joe how diffuse does an individual have to be for dr Wong to work on an area? As in if you have coarse hair and it adds to the illusion of density would the doc rather not transplant into the area? Interesting quote its something I thought strongly about before contacting Dr Hasson my self being in same situation with hairline and diffuse thinning but soon as you Speak to Dr Hasson you know for a fact it's not a permanent shock loss risk at all so you quite gladly go for it regardless of how much hair you have pre op. Senior Member bonkerstonker Posted November 10, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted November 10, 2013 Hsrp I take it you lost hair completely before you transplanted? Have you got a blog or anything mate? I always wonder what it's like to go from the other side where it's completely life changing but there's not too many cases like that due to amount of grafts it takes. Senior Member hsrp10 Posted November 11, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted November 11, 2013 Not quite I was a bad receder with a large forehead and MPB caught up with me in my late 30's before I decided to go with Dr, Hasson after becoming a member of this forum. With enough hairspray and combing forward I could hide it when my hair was dry. I never lost the top or crown. You can see some of my pics in one my recent posts on my second HT. Certainly not a miracle case. Working on making a blog, maybe after my HT#2 grows in. go dense or go home Unbiased advice and opinions based on 25 plus years of researching and actual experience with hair loss, hair restoration via both FUT & FUE, SMP, scalp issues including scalp eczema & seborrheic dermatitis and many others HSRP10's favorite FUT surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr Hasson, Dr. Rahal HSRP10's favorite FUE surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr. Bisanga, Dr. Erdogan, Dr. Couto (*indicates actual experience with doctor)

Senior Member Jotronic Posted April 30, 2014 Author Senior Member Share Posted April 30, 2014 Bumping this up since I was just talking about a similar case on a different patient. The subject is that of how some Asians have very coarse hair and how it is ideal for some cases. This patient is similar to the one I just posted by Dr. Wong in that he had excellent hair characteristics. This allowed Dr. Hasson to transplant the entire top of the scalp for incredible coverage and overall excellent density.
