This is a male patient in his fifties. He wanted to lower his hairline and add density to his scalp. Dr. Friedman placed a total of 1,507 grafts. 800 of those grafts were single hair grafts placed bilaterally in the anterior hairline. The remaining grafts were placed bilaterally in the temples and frontal region. This patient is thrilled with his results and planning a second surgery to add thickness.
