FUE before or after Xmas ???

I have been full of excitement and nervousness at the thought of finally getting the procedure done, but would it be a good idea to go ahead and book it for say mid/end Nov or wait until after Xmas.At that time of the year as everyone knows is very busy with more family and friends about which means more photos! ( can't wait for the day I don't run from a camera) :). I suppose I could always get it done then use toppik to cover the red marks.

In my personal experience wait till after Xmas as everyone goes into lockdown and recovery will be easier from a socialising point of view. Recovery is often longer than you hope it is going to be.

I agree with this unless you can wear a hat.

Depending on where you live, it is kind of nice to be able to be over the hump by spring. Besides work, I don't usually go anywhere that I can't wear a hat, so I would personally do the November thing, but if you can't wear a hat, wait til after.

That's exactly what I was thinking also, get over the hump, and hopefully see a change for the better when the weather starts to come round a bit.I wear a beanie hat during the winter anyway. That's one of the reasons I planned to get it done when it's cold so I won't look outta place with a hat. Thanks for the advice aswell, every little bit helps.

In my eyes I guess it depends on how quick you can recover and look normal again.

Around the holidays I spend a lot of time with family so, laying low and undetected isn't much of an option for me.

I would book right after the new year and grow into the summer.

Yes true, laying low is hard at that time of the year, but if I do go ahead with mid Nov, i should look fine around Xmas and NYE ( my bday) right?

What doctor are you going with Suarez?

I am thinking of booking with Dr Kul in Istanbul, his work looks very good,he has a few You Tube videos up, he also has some results on an Italian site which are good, but trying to communicate on that is hard enough!

As far as recovery and looking "normal" again, yes you should be good to go.

You obviously wont be sporting any new hair styles, compliments of your new growth at that time though as I'm sure you're aware.

Yeah hopefully I get it booked soon or else I will wait until the start of January,I just think the sooner it's done the better or more of the summer I can enjoy.I'd rather get the shedding out of the way during the cold weather when everyone is in hibernation anyway.
