does the fuzz turn into normal full follicle of hair

this might seem like a dumb question but I have been using rogain now for 3 months and see good results. I see a lot of fuzz coming in on the temples which is where I apply it twice everyday.

 

Will this fuzz turn into normal full grown hair at some point? how many more months does it usually take before the fuzzy hair turns into a full follicle of hair? Just not sure if all I will get is just fuzz and thats it

im not 100 percent sure, but i dont think rogain gets you thick hair, a little more than fuzz tho

so I guess what I am wondering is this how rogaine works, its starts like fuzz then grows into normal hair?? anyone experience this and how long usually does it take to grown into normal hair??
