This patient had old plugs way back and had become more conscious of these as all his native hair finally dwindled away.

 

His aim was simply to make these less visible but he did not want to remove or redistribute any of his original plugs. We were hampered by old donor scarring and he has enough for a light cover further back.

 

The outcome shown is at around 8 months.
