advice for 2nd precedure

Hello everyone,I'm a returning here and this is my 1st post in well over 6 years.I have begun searching for advice and a surgeon here in Texas 1st.I was hoping to get some advice here as I plan for a second surgery.I am 43 years old.I was using propecia and was wanting to get a feel of how many grafts I may need in 1 or possibly 2 more surgeries.

If you are wanting to stay in Texas then dr arocha, would be a good first place if contact. He's a great surgeon and I'm sure will give you sound advice.

As for grafts, based in the two pics on show I'd say anywhere from 3000 grafts to possibly 4500 depending on how much donar hair available and what density you are looking for.
