This is a great result for sure!

However, as cart2 stated, my only critique of Dr.Erdogan's presentations is all of his pre-op pictures are taken with wet hair. His work is great, but wet pre-op pictures don't give a full honest comparison of the transformation.

Very nice. Pretty aggressive hairline for pattern loss, but it works. He has great characteristics and I would think that another procedure about the same size well down the road will sure up his results for the long haul.

I understand the reasoning for a pt like this having his hair wet in preops. but I agree with great job that a dry shot should be added as well.

Good job but for the first time I see misleading pics from Dr. Koray Erdogan. Pre OP pics should never be with wet hair as it shows the person have less hair while he is not. I hope next time Pre op and Post op photos would be with dry hair and same combing style in order to be clear and transparent.

Wow! Fantastic results. I too wish the "before" images featured dry hair or the "after" images featured wet hair, but it is still very clear that the overall transformation is excellent.

I get the feeling this is making it look better than it actually is, the wet hair and the hair combed inwards in the after pics.

I commend you for pointing this out. Even I missed it. And yes, it makes a very big difference.

We need more people like you. I mean, I love this forum. It's the best English-speaking internet hair forum, period. And by a mile, too. HLH is (was?) a joke. But even this forum has a few problems, and one of them is the tendency toward back-patting, a fair portion of which, in my opinion, is disingenuous and motivated by a desire to avoid ruffling feathers.

No one should feel hesitant to criticize a bad result or a curious practice like hair-wetting. In fact, I'd say that we have an obligation to point these things out. After all, criticism not only spurs change but also produces the greatest amount of information for the hair-transplant consumer, and that's all of us.

I really like this result, it is impressive. But I got another one that I am waiting for the breaking down to post it here.

Please chime in Denny. Why the wet hair pre-op.? What is the logic behind it?

I wonder why moderators don't take action against wet&flashy pre-op picturesicon5.gif

Hi guys, as you may know some of the results posted here are old results. The logic was to try to show the worst and the best. When I had my procedure in January I spoke about it with Dr. Erdogan. As he does not have anything to hide and want to contribute with this community he decided new cases would be posted wet before and after,so people can better see the results. I asked him to post also pre and post dry hair pictures and a? believe he will follow this route. Important to say there was no bad intention behind this pictures. I am posting pictures with wet and dry hair and this will be the way new cases will be presented.
