The surgical plan was established to remove the plugs and cut them down to recycle them. The front hairline was too low so a section of scalp was removed to elongate and provide a better aesthetically natural contour of the frontal hairline. A total of 3188 follicular unit grafts were then implanted into the recipient areas.
