FellerTransplantUK
Hi, I've been meaning to share my story and progress for a while, just not got round to it until now. I had a HT with Dr Feller mid-May 2013. Here are my before and after shots at the four and a half month point. I'm really pleased with the results so far and, from everything I've been reading and hearing, there's hopefully more progress to come. Thank you for being here as a superb research resource for my procedure. It all started here!

Senior Member chrisdav Posted September 25, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted September 25, 2013 You can see the outline frame forming even in that lighting. 4 and half months is only when it really begins so there is good times ahead FellertransplantUK. 2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK. Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.
FellerTransplantUK
Hey tacolinowest and irishsailor, thanks for your nice comments. Yes, I'm very happy with the results so far. I stress so far because I will not be happy if this is where it ends! It's not as thick or full as I would like, but I know from everything I have read and been told that it's early days yet. I do anticipate there being more growth, and I can still feel new stubbly bits (you know what I mean?) when I pat my scalp gently with my fingertips. tacolino: I think your results are also very good so far. I've read your thread and understand your frustrations. But comparing your before shots to where you are now, there is a HUGE world of difference. I know it's so difficult and distressing to keep on looking in the mirror and thinking, "Is this really all there is?" – trust me, I've been there over the last few months. But if there's one piece of advice I could give you, it's to try not to obsess about it! Easier said than done, I know. But try. You know, I think the hat could be getting you down. Ditch it, it's a crutch. And it keeps on reminding you of your frustration and make you focus on everything. I would personally be very happy to walk around with your hair in its current condition. I honestly felt so much happier when I ditched my baseball cap and said "**** it!"
FellerTransplantUK
Thanks chrisdav. Can I just say that you are SUCH an inspiration with your situation. If I experience anything like the results you have, I will be one very happy man!
