How do you "exfoliate" exactly???

So I'm 6 weeks post op and I still have some grafts that aren't doing s***, just sitting there like, "is it cool if I hang here?" And I'm like, "yeah, if you'd f***ing grow!" But they don't, and I want these moocher grafts outta my head. Should I get some actualy exfoliating soap and do this? I'm using hair cycle and it doesn't have any rough ingredients for this so should I get some certain shampoo??

Chill, who cares if the hairs sit in their shafts? They don't impede the hair below, it just pushes them out...(unless!!!) ..just kidding. I wouldn't worry, in fact, I wish they would stay as long as possible.
