disappointing HT

I had a HT 18 months ago and I got bad results. I plan to go back to my surgeon and request a partial refund. What's a reasonable refund amount to ask for?

You would have to put way more info including photos to get any kind of reasonable responses. The short answer is that refunds are very unusual. More often than not if the result is unsatisfactory the doctor will offer free grafts based on the percent that did not grow. In over three years of daily research of the industry I am not sure that I have ever seen a refund, at least not made public.

I'd rather not say his name at this point because I haven't talked to him yet about a refund. But he is a Coalition member

Most docs will offer you another surgery either free or with a deep discount. I would not expect a refund and if you read the waiver you signed Pre-surgery you'll see that he/she is not legally binded to give you one.
