Senior Member augustya Posted December 22, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted December 22, 2013 Your hair seems to be growing fine I guess, will only thicken with time ! What do You think personally ? Are you happy with the results at 3 months ?
Regular Member shell Posted December 22, 2013 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 22, 2013 Hi Augustya, It seems fine to me too. Also I went to the doctor last week and he said that it seems good and i will see nice changes after each month now. I didn't look for hair growth till now as he said to me that they will start growing after 4 months post-op so i didn't expected the hair growth before that. So I am hoping for the best to get good results in coming 2-3 months.

Regular Member shell Posted February 10, 2014 Author Regular Member Share Posted February 10, 2014 5 Months Post Op Pic. Didn't see much difference. Please give your input.
Regular Member Sam111 Posted February 10, 2014 Regular Member Share Posted February 10, 2014 Hey thanks for the pic man! I think its not bad, considering there were no hair in that area pre op. Although I was hoping to see more density. But I've seen my friend's case..it took him pretty much close to 9 months to get thicker hair...I'll ping you if have more questions
Regular Member shell Posted February 25, 2014 Author Regular Member Share Posted February 25, 2014 Hi Sam, U r welcome and thanks for the information. I was also worried that they are very thin but now i hope that they will get thicker by the time. Regards, Sahil

Regular Member saroj33 Posted February 25, 2014 Regular Member Share Posted February 25, 2014 if the results is going to be as it is or double of what you have after 5 months .. then .. I would rather be happy bald and shaved than .. with uncoverable HTs
Regular Member Sam111 Posted February 25, 2014 Regular Member Share Posted February 25, 2014 hahaha...I don't know !..I don't mind being clean shaven either...but when your hair start growing and your hair line shows as receding...I hate that..so I plan to keep a short crew cut but want a proper hair line...that's the plan ...lets see .. Regular Member saroj33 Posted March 9, 2014 Regular Member Share Posted March 9, 2014 My friend you have to forget the option of shaving or keeping very short .. before going for a HT
Regular Member Sam111 Posted March 10, 2014 Regular Member Share Posted March 10, 2014 (edited) why man? I know it leaves behind some little dot marks but the skin heals over a period of few months...you see if you go for a FUE transplant..they remove follicals one by one and not a strip..so there is no big mark..the small marks go away. Anyways I'm not 100% sure...may be Shell can share what he thinks? Edited March 10, 2014 by Sam111

Senior Member Transhair Posted May 8, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted May 8, 2014 While it's only been 6 months, I personally think a lot of the grafts just didn't survive. Hopefully you'll get lucky in the next few months
