Senior Member Dr.Thomas Rosanelli Posted September 13, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted September 13, 2013 This patient had a total of 6,899 grafts done over four sessions. He was between a class VI and VII. Dr. Rosanelli advised the patient to not do the crown area and just concentrate on the hairline, frontal scalp, and mid scalp for more density due to limited grafts from the donor area. However the patient prefers to have the crown area done. Four sessions were done between 2010 to 2012 all with follicular units. Photos shown below are pre op, immediate post op and post op. Guy had a lot of head to cover, but it looks as though it was covered in a reasonable amount of grafts. Dr. Glenn Charles
This is a really nice result. This make this patient look at least 10 years younger. He must be very happy. Nice job Dr. R.
