Very nice result for just 6 months of growth. More importantly, the hairline looks solid. You'll be happy with the end result for sure!

Is it just me or was your first procedure with Dr. Bhatti unsatisfactory?

Thanks avivaLA.

For some strange reason my mid-scalp grafts did not grow after the first procedure and thus Dr. Bhatti gladly re-did the mid-scalp for me free of cost. Since I had to undergo another procedure, I also utilised it to get my crown work done as well.

your result after 6 months is great in my opinion. you still have another 6 month growth to come yet. I think this is the time where your grafts will start growing.

Thanks for your feedback and support.

Hello shane13, your progress looking pretty good till now :) Are you still having the scalp flaking problems? What non surgical treatment you are in right now.

Thanks taurus.

I visited a good dermatologist and the scalp flaking is 99% gone! The treatment is a mix of meds (mostly vitamin A,E and zinc supplements), shampoos and applications. It's like it was never there :)

All pictures are under direct/harsh/bright SLR flash light.

I have also included one pic under 'normal' lighting for a more realistic depiction.

From straight on, it looks great. How does the density look overhead?

The frontal density is ok but the mid scalp to crown is quite thin due to progressive hair fall. I'd have to take a call on how to style the hair for a natural look. I might go for a buzz cut in the future.

The front looks decent after 8 months but the non-transaplanted area (mid scalp etc.) has definitely thinned. All pics are with bright DSLR flash light.

I believe I might have to go for a grade # 2/3 buzz cut in the future.

Any suggestions & feedback is appreciated.

P.S. - I have not ben taking FIN and do not intend to use it

Cut my hair short. I guess this is the length I'd like to keep going forward for various reasons:

1) Hair looks clean and not messy

2) The grey hair are not as much visible

3) Longer hair somehow show more empty patches of scalp

I am genuinely surprised as to why there is no feedback or response to people who dedicatedly post and share their experiences on the forum. On the other hand, people keep running after absconding members requesting for an update who never return to give back to the forum. Strange
