Outstanding, Matt. Is the bottom photo recent also?

All of them taken today unless stated.

Some eagle eyed may notice a bit of brown on the top of my head - hair dye that has faded and I'm growing it out. I didn't like it and I think I'll give it a miss from now on.

I changed barbers about 6 months ago and the new one cuts my crown shorter. I don't mind even though it exposes it a little. I don't think it has changed much in 4 years although i don't have a clear comparison photo other than the ones above in which hair on the back was longer.

Proof that it doesn't fall out a year later...

Rock star hall of fame results, Matt! I wonder why some say it falls out after a year, aren't grafted hairs for life? Obviously a scalp and hair regimen is just as important to maintain.

Only 300 for both sides? Perfectly framed your face. Thinking of doing my temples to.

You look great Matt! Excellent results...

Can I ask two questions?

1) Your pic about the graft distribution says you had 3500 grafts. The thread title says 4320 grafts. Am I missing something?

2) Do you happen to know your hair caliber? Did the doctor mention anything about it?

I would guess 6 cm2 at 25 grafts/cm2 on either side. Never counted though.

Picture was from a consultation with another clinic. I don't have the original un edited one.

I don't know the caliber but one barber did tell me it is some of the thickest hair he's ever cut.

Tremendous results from Dr. Konior, Matt. I'm impressed with the scar as well. Do you know what number razor guard your using in these photos?

Incredible result seeing it again.

2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK.

Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.

Your thick hair is undoubtedly one of the factors that ensured such a great result. Do you happen to know you hair per graft ratio too?

Such a good result this. Love the temple work also. Subtle but so effective.

How old were you when you had your first transplant? Have you continued to lose native hairs in other areas such as it traveling to your crown? you certainly have a fantastic donor density so Im sure doing more procedures wont be an issue for you.

34.6 years and now 41.  I have not seen any further loss compared to 2012 photos.

Currently on 1.25mg proscar 3 x a week, but have dabbled with smaller doses for many years now.
