We tried to cover a big area of the scalp with 3558 follicular unit grafts. We emphasized on the frontal area, but put minimum grafts on the crown area to help him with styling. Obviously he can benefit from a second procedure, which is recommended to him. He looks younger and has reframed his featueres which is all that could really be done. I think the fact this guy had suck a low number of 3's really hurt his result.
