Regular Member monty123 Posted June 13, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted June 13, 2013 Hi Guys, I am at my Day 13 post OP, all the scabbing is gone but little redness in the transplanted region. I also saw saw some hair shafts coming along with scabs (No bleeding). Please review my pictures and comment if everything looks normal. I don't see much hair in the region, probably the shafts have fallen. There were 2000 grafts placed on the day of procedure, does it even looks like 2000 grafts ?? just curious. As per as my physician a dense packing was done, I know i am expecting things too early but I am just another guy with post HT worries. Thanks
Senior Member Nick153452 Posted June 13, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted June 13, 2013 You've probably undergone a bit of shedding. Yesterday was my 3 week hairnaversary and I look as though I hadn't even underwent a hair transplant, it even looks, in some areas, as if I am more bald than I was pre-op. The best thing I am able to do is just cover it up, and wait it out - I advise the same to you. Regular Member monty123 Posted June 13, 2013 Author Regular Member Share Posted June 13, 2013 Thanks nick, That's what worried me, I did see few posts saying that the follicle is secure beneath the scalp and after some days it would look like you never had a procedure, but it will grow back. I have pretty long hair, helps me covering up those bald spots.
