Regular Member mixedguy Posted May 2, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted May 2, 2013 So I'm about 6 months post op and I'm ready to start doing a lot of outside activitys with summer approaching. I've heard that exposing your HT to sun too early can do damage. Is it OK to play basketball outside in direct sun or go swimming? Things are looking good so far and I dont wanna mess anything up.
