The changes were gradual but did not seek medical advice. He has a family history of Male pattern baldness. Distressed with the bald appearance he opted to undergo hair transplant surgery. 2260 FUG were transplanted in 62 square cm with an average density of 36%. The patient was extremely happy with the result. My situation is much better than this patient and I had 2500 grafts but could never reach to this crazy density.
