Before Surgery:

 

· Patient suffered with the most extreme genetic hair loss—Norwood 7

· No prior surgeries, but used a hairpiece to conceal baldness

· Patient was tired of the hairpiece and wanted a permanent solution; adequate crown coverage and a conservative hairline

 

Surgery:

 

· Goal: Build satisfying density across the crown and mid-top and craft a modest, yet complimentary hairline

· Using the uGraft, Dr. Umar transplanted 10,500 grafts from the beard and scalp over the course of two sessions; beard hair transplant was the best solution considering the high need for coverage and the limited scalp donor supply

 

Surgery Results:

 

· Results show the patient at 6 months after the second session (he recorded the result video himself)

· Body and beard hair transplant generally allow for up to two years until the hair has completely grown in and matured, so he has even more improvement to look forward to.
