Good luck. It looks like you have had some pretty bad shock in the donor area. Keep us posted regularly if you can.

You will love it

Your hair looks thick which is good

When the rest of your native hairs take a dive, you will want a 2nd HT

Make sure keep the clinic updated with your progress, if money is a issue start saving now. When your ready for the second one in a few years, you will be able to pull the trigger

I have to wait 3-4 month to see the shockloss going away...I have only to wait and have a lot of patience...

It's seems that people that don't use finasteride, are more inclined to have shockloss. I didn't take finasteride before the hair transplant.

About the global situation I'm feeling good.

Hang in there mate. It should all come good in the next couple of months and it will all prove to be more than worthwhile. First few months are undoubtedly th toughest and you are already over half way through. Best of luck!

Tension in the scalp varies by region and it just may have been a tight closure in an area that may have required a smaller excision too avoid a tight closure. In any event, you should be in a better position in 2-3 months.
