Hi Crizwold,

I have to assume that your question is regards to the feeling of the scalp to the touch after the initial healing phase is completed post and FUE surgery. One of the reasons many people choose FUE is for its less invasive nature.Immediately following the surgery you normally have the slight raising of recipient sites. This most often subsides in short length of time depending on the individual patients' healing process. In cases familiar to our centers patients report their scalp feeling normal for them within a few weeks after the procedure.

Remember wound healing is individual in nature and some people can experience a different result. All of this should be discussed thoroughly with one's hair restoration surgeon before electing a particular type of hair transplant surgery. All the Best, Michael
