Senior Member Abbie Posted September 26, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted September 26, 2012 (edited) Before Surgery: • Patient had undergone multiple prior hair restoration surgeries, including scalp reduction and hair transplant. • He began scalp reductions when he was 18 years old. • With insufficient growth, he remained bald and now also had surgical scars. • Patient wanted global coverage, with enough density to conceal the scars. Surgery: • Goal: add global density and cover up scarring. • FUE hair transplant repair using uGraft tool. • Donor hair harvested from the beard and head combined to total 12,500 grafts. Surgery Results: • Results shown at 9 months after surgery. (The “after” photos and video were provided by the patient.) Edited February 12, 2013 by Abbie Representing Dr. Umar of DermHair Clinic. Bill - Seemiller
Abbie, Thanks for presenting this impressive result on behalf of Dr. Umar. I enjoyed watching the video as well and the patient's testimony. His hair looks much more natural looking and I agree that the patient looks younger. Congratulations to the patient and kudos to Dr. Umar for providing this patient with natural looking hair and restored confidence. Best wishes, Bill

Thank God that there is a Doctor like you that gives hope to many HT victims and them to normal with limited donor. I love the way how your present your results in video format. Senior Member wylie Posted September 26, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted September 26, 2012 You said it HARIRI. And don't forget, while Dr. Umar uses video to showcase his results (all doctors should, IMO) he also does not leave behind any strip scars. Senior Member aaron1234 Posted September 28, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted September 28, 2012 Any immediate post-op pics? How many sessions did this patient have? Are there any after pics with lighting comparable to the before pictures? Are there any pictures of his donor area? Is there any scarring in the beard area from the donor extractions? Is there a hair count for this patient?
