alwaystryyourbest
Hi, thanks for taking the time to read my post. I am 26 years old and this sounds bad considering how many people in the world suffer from alot worse things but my hair loss is really getting me down and affecting my confidence. I am over from the UK studying in Kissimme and am looking for the nearest Dermatologist to maintain the hair I have with the long term goal of having surgery. I do not have a clue about surgery and am in the process of looking through the forum but any help on this matter regarding which surgery (anywhere in the world) and who with would be amazing. I do not have a lot of money but this really is a huge problem for me so would be willing to pay whatever just to get the best result. Please if you could help in any way would be more appreciated than I could explain. Edited September 26, 2012 by alwaystryyourbest
Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted September 26, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted September 26, 2012 While I'm not certain about a Dermatology referral, I would recommend consulting with Dr. Farjo about your hair loss. Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted September 26, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted September 26, 2012 Always Because these threads are so similar, I merged them into one and posted it in the "Hair Transplant Experiences and Surgeon Reviews" sub-forum. alwaystryyourbest
Thanks for the reply. I tried to send you a private message to say I was deleting the original post because I am made a mistake and am actually looking for a trichologist and to thank you for the reply. Every time I clicked to send you a private message just took me to my profile???? Anyway, I have heard alot of good things about Dr. farjo, I am going home at christmas so will probably book a consultation with him. In the mean time my scalp is really agitated, when I was back home I seen a trichologist who helped me with my diet, hair products, etc.... so am looking for a trichologist or someone that could help me in the Kissimmee, Florida area or as close as possible,
Bill - Seemiller
alwaystryyourbest, Welcome to our community. By default, private messaging is disabled until a moderator has a chance to review new accounts. We've had a problem in the past with spammers joining and then mass mailing all of our members. I know this is a little frustrating, but this process prevents our members from being constantly aggravated by spammers and scammers via private messaging. I have now enabled private messaging for your account. Sorry for the inconvenience. Best wishes, Bill P.S. Dr. Farjo is excellent. Thus, I encourage you to make an appointment with him if you are considering hair transplant surgery.

If so, you can try contacting Dr. Mejia's clinic. He's a board certified Dermatologist.
