Our patient returned at one year to show us his results and prepare for his second surgery to add some density to his first procedure. This patient came to us from Florida wanting to update his look after getting a new syndicated radio show that would be highly publicized. Dr. Friedman was able to transplant 3,712 grafts. 900 single hairs were placed in the anterior hairline bilaterally and the temples bilaterally. 2,812 follicular units were placed bilaterally in the front region, bilateral mid-scalp, and bilateral vertex. Dr. Friedman used the Trichophytic closure method for a flawless scar. The patient is ecstatic with the results and his change was so dramatic he showed us his before and after license pictures, we are looking forward to sharing his second surgery results.

IDK, it seems that I would expect a little more density for the grafts, but the area covered is very large too, so.

It must be difficult to get good coverage with fine hair . Round 2 should make a bigger difference as long as he doesn't go into the crown .
