Senior Member chrisdav Posted August 21, 2012 Senior Member Posted August 21, 2012 I think the lighting needs to be better if I am honest but hair has improved a lot. 2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK. Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.
Senior Member Mickey85 Posted August 21, 2012 Senior Member Posted August 21, 2012 I agree that the pictures could be clearer, however the hairline suits him perfectly and accentuates his features immensely. Senior Member PupDaddy Posted August 21, 2012 Senior Member Posted August 21, 2012 Very, very nice, natural restoration. The patient's curly/wavy hair characteristics are really beneficial to this result as well. Nicely done!
Senior Member mattj Posted August 21, 2012 Author Senior Member Posted August 21, 2012 The photos are the patient's own and we're hoping we can obtain some better ones. The first after photo is pretty good. I am a patient and representative of Dr Rahal. My FUE Procedure With Dr Rahal - Awesome Hairline Result I can be contacted for advice: matt@rahalhairline.com
Senior Member Mickey85 Posted August 22, 2012 Senior Member Posted August 22, 2012 Still a dramatic chance even with the small amount of grafts. Matt, is the hairline height and shape dictated by the amount of grafts extracted(either by their donor supply or how much the patient is willing to use within reason). Like for example, if this patient said he wanted a lower hairline and had the donor quantity for it, could it be done? The only 2 threads you will ever need: Revamped Advantages/Disadvantages of FUE. Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted August 22, 2012 Senior Member Posted August 22, 2012 Great transformation! Matt, was this an ARTAS FUE procedure? Senior Member Slickers Posted August 22, 2012 Senior Member Posted August 22, 2012 Agree with all the comments RE the pic quality (including Matt's that the first post op is actually pretty good) but clearly still a fantastic improvement for 2,500 grafts. Matt do you have immed post op pics showing the placement/ coverage?
