Dr Rahal restored the frontal third of this 46-year-old patient’s hair in one FUE procedure.

 

Total grafts: 2589

 

351 single hair units

1151 double hair units

1030 triple hair units

57 quadruple hair units

 

The after photos were supplied by the patient.

I think the lighting needs to be better if I am honest but hair has improved a lot.

2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK.

 

Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.

Very, very nice, natural restoration. The patient's curly/wavy hair characteristics are really beneficial to this result as well. Nicely done!

Still a dramatic chance even with the small amount of grafts. Matt, is the hairline height and shape dictated by the amount of grafts extracted(either by their donor supply or how much the patient is willing to use within reason). Like for example, if this patient said he wanted a lower hairline and had the donor quantity for it, could it be done?

Agree with all the comments RE the pic quality (including Matt's that the first post op is actually pretty good) but clearly still a fantastic improvement for 2,500 grafts.

 

Matt do you have immed post op pics showing the placement/ coverage?
