Stem Cell Hair Regrowth or FUE or Wait

In India there are many clinics offering Stem Cell Regrowth option. They say that they will extract 300 hair from backside and generate more than 70000 folicles. You are suppose to take first shot on second day and again repeat after 21 days. They are claiming 96% success. Fee is roughly 4000 USD with guarantee that if it does nork they will poerform FUE / FUT for 4000 strands free of cost.

 

I want to know if this is legal and proven technology and if yes what is the chances of success? Thanks in advance.

Not only will it probably not work, they will most likely do a horrible job on the 4000 "free" grafts and deplete your real donor area.

You would think that if there was a new proven stem cell treatment for hair regrowth we all would of heard about it by now. Claims and guarentees in India may be different than here in the States. I do not think that would be legal in the US.
