Senior Member Dr. Joseph Williams Posted May 24, 2012 Senior Member Posted May 24, 2012 (edited) 43 year old male 6 month post-op having received a total of 3615 grafts utilizing custom cut blades: 500 single hair grafts into incisions made with 0.8mm 45 degree angled blade in the hair line, 200 Single hair grafts into incisions made with 0.8mm 90 degree angled blade in the temporal peaks, 300 multiple hair grafts into 1.1mm incisions in the front, and 2,015 multiple hair grafts into 1.2mm incisions in the crown. Patient was happy with results and desires a second procedure. Dr Williams has requested that he wait closer to a year post-op before making that decision. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1?
