This 40 something gentleman had had 2 hair transplant procedures done elsewhere 10 years before. The prior procedures focused on the front hairline, but created an unnatural appearance due to the straightness of his hairline. Dr. Keene softened his unnatural hairline and augmented his density on the top midfront area, with about 700 FUT to the front hairline, and 1000 to the midfront.

Here is the graft distribution:

1s) 299

2s) 742

3s) 488

4s) 176

Total 1705

Total hairs 3951

That is a crazy packed hairline. I am seriously considering some frontal work, but this is one of my fears.

Looks a lot better in the after photo. If the guy has more grafts, he will need them still in the vertex area.

I am afraid that there are going to be a LOT of this type of surgery ten years from now.

I am an online representative for Dr. Raymond Konior who is an elite member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians.

Be interesting to see some pictures of how his hair looked ten year ago I agree Spanker.

2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK.

Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.
