Hi I've been on rogane extra strength for over a year now and haven't noticed much. Is there any treatments that actually work? It's stressing me out so much I need help! Otherwise I'll have to go down the hair transplant route ! Thanks

Use regaine foam or mino 10%. All these work. But they have their limitation & a transplant may be necessary for someone. If the loss is not minor, surgery needs to be considered in the future
