A 30 year old female patient came to us with concerns of her “high forehead” and wanted to lower her hair line. Dr. Friedman told the patient it is a 2 surgery process. The first procedure would make a big improvement, but patient most would come back for a second one for more density. Dr. Friedman transplanted a total of 1725 grafts lower her hairline. Dr. Friedman uses custom made blades to dense pack in the frontal area. Dr. Friedman placed 1050 single hairs in the anterior hairline bilaterally and anterior temples bilaterally. Patient’s results seen here are at ten months post-op. Patient is very happy with the results and has booked her 2nd surgery to complete the process.
