Patient is a 45 year old male, who is considered a Norwood type III. He was looking to fill in the recesses and temporal peaks. Dr. Siporin placed 1102 single hair grafts and 1232 double hair grafts. Below you can see the patient's pre-op photos and just nine months post-op. He is very happy with his results so far.

Hopefully he improves density. There does not seem to be a seamless transition yet to his natural hair and he would most likely benefit from another surgery. That was not a lot of grafts for the area covered. considering his age and area covered, I would have went bigger.
