This patient is 36 years old. He was looking to restore his hairline, add density to the frontal 1/3 and fill in some slight thinning he was experiencing in the crown. Since the patient was on Propecia for acouple of years and hair loss was stable, we felt comfortable addressing his crown. He received 3,011 grafts and here are his 9 month post-op pictures. He should still see more improvement over the next 4 months.

I so look forward to Stuart posting Dr. Panine's monthly patient result. His work is as good and clean as anyone on this site.

This is a very nice transformation. He has some maturing to do, but really 9 months is early as Stuart mentioned. Another nice use of grafts!

Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily

Avodart 0.5 mg. daily

Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily

5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily

Biotin 1000 mcg daily

Multi Vitamin daily

Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? :D

Spanker- Of the 3,011 grafts, 640 went into the crown, they were all 2 and 3 hair grafts.
